Cancellation policy
Mockup — no real service.
The venue cancels
- More than 24 h before: Free.
- Between 24 h and 2 h before: 2 hours of wages + service fee.
- Less than 2 h before or after the worker has arrived: 3 hours of wages + service fee (legal minimum, s. 58 ALS).
The worker cancels
- More than 24 h before: Nothing.
- Less than 24 h: 1 strike.
- No-show without notice: 2 strikes.
- 3 strikes in 90 days: Account paused 30 days. We find a replacement at no extra charge.
Replacement guarantee (Network)
If the extra does not show up, we send a replacement or we do not bill the shift. Your choice.
