Terms of use

Mockup: no real service.

Businesses

  1. Two modes, two roles. Network: we are the employer of the placed worker; you direct their work on site. Mon équipe d'extras: you are the employer of your extras; we only provide the software.
  2. Price. Network: posted hourly wage + 25% service fee, plus taxes, no other invoice. Mon équipe d'extras: free up to 10 extras, then 49$ per month. Workers are never charged.
  3. Same pay. You declare the rate paid to your own employees for the same role. The Network shift rate cannot be lower (s. 41.2 ALS).
  4. Shared responsibility. In Network mode, you and we are solidarily liable for amounts owed to the worker (s. 95 ALS). You remain responsible for health and safety on site (s. 51 AOHS).
  5. Direct hire. After 6 months you may hire a Network extra at no charge.
  6. Pre-authorization. The estimated shift amount is pre-authorized on your card at booking and settled after timesheet approval.
  7. Cancellation and no-show. See cancellation policy.
  8. Data. See the privacy policy (Law 25). Your extras and invoices are kept 6 years as the regulation requires.
  9. Language. These terms are drafted in French. The English version is provided for convenience.

Workers

  1. Free, always. No fees, ever, for any service.
  2. Who employs you. Network shift: we are your employer, we run payroll and deductions. Mon équipe d'extras shift: the venue is your employer and pays you directly.
  3. Your rights. Same pay, no fees, free to be hired after 6 months, guaranteed wages (see Your rights).
  4. Reliability. You confirm 24 h and 2 h before the shift. A no-show without notice counts as a strike (see policy).
  5. Identity verification. Optional for the Base tier. For the Verified tier, an ID document is checked by our partner; a no-selfie path is offered. Images are not kept, only the result.
  6. Data. See the privacy policy (Law 25).
