• Withdraw a consent (verification, marketing, location)
• Delete my account

Account deletion

You can delete your account any time. Records the law requires us to keep (contracts, hours worked, pay) are kept for 6 years, then destroyed. Everything else is deleted within 30 days.

Confidentiality incidents

If your information is affected by a confidentiality incident that presents a risk of serious harm, we notify you directly and we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Identity verification

For the Verified badge, an ID document is checked by our partner. The partner deletes the images within 30 days. We only keep the result (verified or not), the document type and its expiry date. Never the image. Never the document number.
